Public house. C17, altered. Whitewashed brick, thatched roof
half-hipped to front gable. 1½ storeys, 2 bays. C19 barred
casements. Gable to street has 2-storey C19 canted bay window.
S. side has paired casement to right, square bay window with
lean-to slate roof to left and 2 smaller paired casements in
thatch, that to right blocked. Central panelled door, top lit.
C19 cottage adjoining to west much rebuilt and further extensions
made C20. N. side has Cl9 lean-to with slate roof and 6-light
barred casement, and small casement in thatch, half leaded.
