Mid C19. 3 storeys, 3 windows. Multicoloured stock brick with stuccoed front.
Stucco cornice and blocking course; and brick parapet above, concealing roof.
Heavy rusticated stucco quoins. Moulded architraves to sash windows, those
on 2nd floor with glazing bars, those on 1st floor with cornice and pediment.
Moulded consoles support cornice of centre window. 3-light side windows have
pediments, broken forward over centre light. On ground floor brick pilasters
support fascia board, articulated by sunk panels, with moulded cornice above.
Symmetrical front with alternating double doors and 5-light sash windows. Moulded
brick panels below windows.
