Farmhouse. Early C19 with later alterations. Rubble, rough cast and lined out,
stone dressings, slate roof with raised coped verges and kneelers, brick gable
stacks. Symmetrical front. 2 storeys and 3 windows, all 16-pane sashes in flat
surrounds with cills, first floor central window blocked and painted in, central
C20 door with flat stone hood on shaped brackets, plinth and quoin strips. Left
return has ground floor small plate glass sash and first floor small sash in same
surround, right return has C20 first floor window in same surround. Rear has
catslide roof, single storey contemporary addition with pitched roof to right,
single storey lean-to to right, inner door with segmental head and 2-light window
with varied panes.
