Pair of houses in a village street. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Limestone
rubble, pantiled roof with raised coped verges, brick ridge and gable stacks, The
Cottage rendered. The Cottage of 2 storeys and 2 windows, all 16-pane sashes,
first floor windows under eaves, ground floor left with stone cambered head,
ground floor right 4-pane casement with similar head, 6-panelled central door with
similar head. House attached to left of 2 storeys and 2 windows, ground floor
has 2-light casement with stone cambered head and 2-light casement with timber
lintel, central plank and batten door in plain frame with timber lintel, two
2-light casements under eaves. Interior: not inspected.
