C1840 pair of semi-detached 2 storey red brick houses, similar to Nos 4 and
5. Three bays each with blind centre over doorway. Gable end slate roof
with overhanging eaves; brick chimney stacks; gable end of No 9 with 2
chimney stacks and circular vent, with decorative iron grille, in gable.
Revealed sash windows with wide spaced glazing bars, stucco sills, segmental
gauged rubbed brick arches. Arched entrance recess with Lee's Crescent
type doorway, flattened columns and entablature beneath fanlight.
