Circa 1830 detached 2 storey, 3 bay, red brick house, the end house of a now
demolished terrace at right angles to the road. Gable end slate roof with flat
boxed eaves and flanking brick chimney stacks. Moulded frame revealed sash
windows with flat rubber brick arches and stucco sills, centre first floor blind.
rubbed brick arched entrance recess containing inner moulded arch doorcase with
slender delicately fluted columns, moulded cornice doorhead and lunette fanlight
above.
