House. Circa early C19. Slate hung, probably soft wood frame. Slate roof with
hipped ends. Brick axial stack on left.
Plan: Overall 'L' shaped plan with central entrance. 2 principal rooms on front with
left hand room heated by axial stack in rear wall and right hand room heated by end
stack. Kitchen to rear of left hand room.
Exterior: 2-storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with complete early C19 hornless
sashes. 2 canted bay windows on ground floor and 12-pane sashes on first. 2 window
left hand side elevation with 12-pane sashes.
Interior: not inspected, but appears to be complete with early C19 carpentry and
joinery.
