GV II

House. Circa mid C18. stone rubble, partly rebuilt on front elevation and partly
slate hung. Slate roof with gable ends. Brick end stack on right and truncated end
stack on left.
Plan: Double depth plan with entrance near centre. 2 principal rooms on front
heated by end stacks and 2 shallow service rooms to rear in integral outshot with
catslide roof.
Exterior: 2-storeys. Regular 3-window front, the masonry partly rebuilt in the C20.
Partly slate hung with local rag slates. Renewed C20 20-pane sash to left. C20 door
and 16-pane sash to right. 3 renewed C20 16-pane sashes on first floor.
Interior: Not inspected.
