12/151 Hill Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse, now house. Datestone DD/1731. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled stone
slate roof; brick end stacks, and ridge stack of stone finished in brick. 3-unit
plan. One stormy and attic; 5-window range. Timber lintel and gabled stone slate
hood over plank door set in C18 beaded frame to right of centre. Timber lintels
over 2-light leaded casements to right, and similar C20 casements. Gabled
dormers with 3-light casements. C20 extension to rear. Interior not inspected
but noted as having open fireplace and chamfered beams.
