Farmhouse, now house. Early C17, with mid/late C18 extension to rear; mid C19
alterations. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled stone slate roof with mid Cl9,
terracotta coping to front; brick end stacks. 2-unit plan extended to L-plan
with rear left wing. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Mid C19 bracketed
gabled hood and timber lintel over C19 plank door set in restored ovolo-moulded
wood-architrave with sunk spandrels. Timber lintels over early C17 two-light
(above door) and 3-light ovolo-moulded wood-mullioned windows with leaded
lights. Similar windows to gable ends and to rear. Rear wing of similar
materials, with outshut and C18 four-light window with central diamond-set King
mullion to right. Interior: bar-stopped chamfered beams and first-floor boiled
beams; early C19 panelled shutters and mid C19 inserted staircase to centre.
