Farmhouse, probably mid-C18. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof,
chimneys corbelled at the gables. Double pile plan of 2 rooms x 2 rooms.
Symmetrical, 2 storeys plus garret; brick bands to both floors, central
single-storey gabled porch, two 20-pane sashed windows with stone sills
and splayed stone heads on each floor, and a blocked window with brick
head in centre of 1st floor. Gable walls have garret windows, that on
left side blocked, and there is a blocked ground floor window in the right

of moat remaining on south side.
