Pair of almshouses. 1847. Centre plaque records that -these almshouses were built from funds left for charitable purposes by the late Wakelin Welch, Esq. of Camden Place, Bath and Elizabeth his wife, sister of the late Rev James Powell, vicar of this parish- Brick in Flemish bond with yellow stone dressings. Decorated tile roof with crested ridge tiles. Semi-detached. 4- centred arched doorways below with planked doors. (Photo Jun 2010).
