Attached house. Early C19. Stucco with limestone dressings,
roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3
storeys and basement; 2-window range. Pilasters to a cornice
and parapet; lateral Pennant steps and railings up to the
right-hand semicircular-arched doorway, with a plate-glass
fanlight and 4-panel door; a central canted bay to the
basement and ground floor has a small segmental-arched wooden
doorway with a small grille to the basement and C20 casements
to the ground floor, and 6/6-pane sashes to the upper floors
and over the door. INTERIOR: hall divided by a semicircular
arch, dogleg stair with stick balusters and a ramped rail,
cornice to the first-floor front room, panelled shutters,
6-panel doors and marble fireplaces.
