with brick gable stack and a pantile cross-gabled roof.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and attic; 1-window range. Gable
to the road has a left-hand doorway with an open timber
pediment above and a plain door, with a 6-pane shop window;
4/4-pane horned first-floor sash with a recessed exposed
frame, and a 2-pane attic sliding sash. INTERIOR not
inspected.
