Attached house. Late C18. Render with limestone dressings,
roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3
storeys and basement; 3-window range. Moulded coping to
parapet and coped gables, the left-hand window and the doorway
are set back from the front. Pedimented doorcase has pilasters
and foliate panels to the entablature, 4-light fanlight and
6-panel door; 5 stepped voussoirs to 6/6-pane sashes, and
plate sashes with horizontal bars to the front ground floor.
INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: flagged front
area with wrought-iron railings and urn finials, Pennant steps
and wreathed railings to the doorway, and railings to steps
down to basement.
