Attached end of terrace house. c1790. Stucco with limestone
dressings, slate-hung upper floors to the side, brick end
stack, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Mid Georgian
style.
3 storeys and basement; 1-bay range. Parapeted front has a
canted full-height bay to the right, rebuilt late C19 in
ashlar with patterned plat bands and panels of coursed stone
bricks, 6/6-pane sashes and flanking 4/4-pane sashes, smaller
on the second floor. The right return is stucco to the ground
floor and slate above, with a central pedimented doorway on
thin brackets to a semicircular-arched doorway, 4-pane
fanlight and 6-panel door. The rear elevation has a matching
full-height bay. INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Pennant steps and raised pavement to the
doorway, on a Lias wall, with wrought-iron railings.
