Attached house. Late C18. render with limestone dressings and
a pantile roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3
storeys, basement and attic; 2-window range. Pilasters to a
moulded parapet coping; right-hand doorways have consoles to a
pediment, moulded keyed semicircular arches, fanlights and
6-panel doors. Canted full-height ashlar bay overhangs the
basement area, with 8/8-pane flanked by 6/6-pane sashes;
8/8-pane sashes to upper storeys. INTERIOR not inspected, but
noted as having dogleg stairs, with stick balusters, to the
front of the house. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: good spear-headed
wrought-iron front area railings and gates with urn finials.
