Former ancillary buildings. 1887-9. Charles Lancaster. Common brick with red brick and stone dressings, slate roofs with tile cresting. 1 storey, 6 bays. Flush sill band, impost course taken over window heads. Windows have brick quoins and casements. Right return of 11 bays with 2 projecting, gabled bays. Windows have segmental heads. C20 extraction units. Rear range of 2 storeys and 7 bays.
