House, now office. Early C19 with later additions. Stucco;
roof with stucco and brick stacks. Double-depth plan. Early
Georgian style. 3 storeys; symmetrical 5-window range. Platt
band over ground floor; angle pilasters with entablature
blocks; top cornice and coped parapet. Entrance has doorcase
with pediment and 4-fielded-panel door up steps with iron
rails. Windows have sills, and keystones over 12-pane horned
sashes; central windows in forward break. Left return has 2
lateral stacks; round-headed stair window has small-paned
glazing. Rear has top entablature; large full-height bow with
10:15:10-pane tripartite sash to ground floor, with frieze and
cornice over; similar window to 1st floor. Right return partly
brick with brick lateral stack. Subsidiary items: mid C19
brick wall with cast-iron coping and railings extend
approximately 15m to north. INTERIOR: noted as having
stick-baluster staircase to left side, with entablature.
