Pair of attached houses. Mid C19. Limestone ashlar, central
brick ridge stack and a slate pyramidal roof. Double-depth
plan. Italianate style. Each of 3 storeys; 2-window range.
Outer windows are in a 2-story block set back slightly with a
cornice and parapet; banded ground floor to a wide plat band,
first-floor pilasters at the ends and centre, and brackets to
overhanging eaves. Tripartite middle windows with sill blocks
and bracketed cornices on the ground and first floors, the
outer windows are set in shallow recesses, that on the second
floor with a semicircular-arched head, with plate-glass
sashes. Single-storey end porches with imposts and panelled
doors. INTERIOR not inspected.
