Accommodation bridge over Lancaster Canal, now public
footbridge. 1797. Engineer John Rennie. Large rock-faced
sandstone blocks. Elliptical arch with rusticated rock-faced
voussoirs and keystone, hammer-dressed band, angle-humped
parapets with rounded coping, rectangular terminals; oval
number plate (15) on north-east side.
