Farmhouse. Datestone AD/1770 over door. Red brick, plain tiled roof with integral end stacks. Originally 'L'-shaped in plan with lower mid-C19 purple brick range set back to right. Three storeys and gable-lit attic; corbelled eaves cornice; three-window front, all mid-to-late C19 casements, those to ground and first floors under cambered heads; central six-panel door with rectangular overlight and gabled hood.
