Dated 1749. Small red brick house. Plain tile roof with crow-stepped gable ends,
and brick dentil eaves. Brick stringcourse. Three storeys. Three bays. C19 mullion/
transom casements in segmental arched openings. Centre first floor blind and
containing sandstone plaque with initial S over WF and date 1749. Central segmental
arched doorway with plank door and late C19 gabled hood. Brick end chimney stacks.
Later wing to right heightened to 2 storeys circa early C20.
