Town house with later shop. C18 on C17 site. Render on
probably stud-work; scantle slate roof half-hipped on left;
modillion eaves cornice; cast-iron ogee gutter. Deep plan
including rear wing. 3 storeys; 2-window range. C20
sixteen-pane horned sashes to 2nd floor; 24-pane sashes to 1st
floor. Ground floor has narrow ope on the right and early C20
shopfront with splayed doorway on its right; fascia with end
consoles with finials and pendants. INTERIOR of shop altered
C20, otherwise not inspected.
