House. C17 with early C19 rear addition and c1900
refurbishment, C20 rear refenestration. Timber-framed and
plastered with peg-tiled roof red brick stack. Plan
rectangular of street range and rear addition (slight inset at
E end). 2 storeys. Front, S elevation: 2 window range, c1900
2-light casements with roll moulded frames and central stile
4x4 panes. Ground floor doorway has moulded frame, plain
boarded door, C19 stack at E end of roof apex. Rear, N
elevation: early C19 2-storey lean-to slate roofed addition
has first floor window, moulded, architrave now with C20 plain
casement. C20 sponge decorated plastering. Ground floor early
C19 flush bead moulded door with single light C20 casement
window each side. INTERIOR: roof has well made C17 side purlin
roof with curved wind braces.
