Lodge to Cirencester Park. Early C19. Coursed squared
limestone; stone slate roof; pair of diagonally set ashlar
flues with moulded caps on ridge and group of 3 similar flues
on ridge of rear wing. One gable and one small gable to front;
revived Cotswold vernacular style. Single storey and attic;
2-window range. Two 3-light chamfered stone-mullion windows
with leaded lights to ground floor; similar 2- and similar
3-light windows in gables above. Plank door with applied
moulding dividing it into 3 panels with border in chamfered
stone surround to centre. Right return facade facing park
similar with similar door in chamfered stone surround with
Tudor-arched head. This building forms a handed pair with
No.46 Cecily Hill (qv) and continues the range which forms
part of No.29 Cecily Hill (qv). INTERIOR not inspected.
