Town house, now shops. Mid C19. Brick to ground floor (High
Cross front), slatehanging on studwork above; grouted scantle
slate to No.4 (left), otherwise asbestos slate hipped roof.
Plan probably altered to create 3 shops. 3 storeys; 5-window
front to Cathedral Lane and 3-window return into High Cross.
Original mid-C19 hornless 12-pane sashes with moulded
architraves. Early C20 shop fronts with pilasters, pairs of
consoles and moulded entablature to fascia. INTERIOR: shops
altered C20, otherwise not inspected.
