Town house, now shop. Early C19. Stucco on studwork front,
natural slate roof with wide eaves at the front. Plan altered
to create shop. 3 storeys; 4-window front. Rusticated quoins,
string and widely-spaced eaves brackets; 2 original 12-pane
hornless sashes to 1st floor left, otherwise C20 copies with
horns all within original openings with pilasters, consoles
and moulded hoods (with pediments to 1st floor). Ground floor
has large C20 shopfront with wide pilasters and tall fascia.
INTERIOR: ground floor altered C20, otherwise not inspected.
