Block of 3 houses. Mid C19 for London Lead Company. Coursed squared sandstone
with ashlar plinth and dressings; roof of graduated stone flags 2 storeys,
2 bays each: 6 bays in all. Central house slightly recessed. Renewed doors
under 3-pane overlights in first, third and sixth bays; flat stone lintels
over these and over sashes with fine glazing bars and painted projecting stone
sills. Eaves gutter blocks below hipped roof with 2 corniced ridge chimneys,
and roll-moulded ridges. Included for group value,

2-storey, one-bay right set-back extension is not of interest.
