Farmhouse and barn under continuous roof. Late C18. Coursed gritstone rubble with quoins. Painted flush dressings. Stone slate roof to house, asbestos sheet roof to barn. Stone gable end and ridge stacks.

Two storeys, two bays. South elevation - doorcase with large jambs and C20 door to west. Two three-light flush mullion windows to east. Above one similar window and a two-light mullion window. Further to east barn with advanced bay at east end. Blocked C18 doorcase to west.
