Barn, converted into house. Coursed gritstone rubble with quoins. Gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Stone ridge stack. Two storeys, irregular window front. South west elevation - two doorcases with shouldered lintels. Two inserted C20 casements between, with chamfered three-light window between them. To extreme east blocked doorcase. Above two three-light chamfered mullion windows, one C20, one C17. To east two inserted windows. Included for group value.
