Farmhouse, now house. Late C18. Coursed squared gritstone with quoins. Flush gritstone dressings. Stone slate roof. Stone gable end and off-centre ridge stacks. Stone coped gables with moulded kneelers.
Two storeys, double fronted elevation. Central doorcase with flush jambs and lintel. C20 door. To west three-light flush mullion window. To east C20 French windows with leaded lights. Above door, small single light window. To either side three-light flush mullion windows. To west gable wall modern extension with mullioned windows. To rear unusual T-shaped stairwell window. wo two-light flush mullion windows, joined by low three-light flush mullion window. Below central light a long single light. Only central part lights the stairwell. Good original turned baluster staircase.
