Row of 3 cottages. Probably c1800; altered. Coursed squared
sandstone, felted slate roof, brick chimneys. Double-depth
plan, each cottage single-fronted (plus various C20 back
extensions). Two low storeys, 1+1+1 windows; doorways to left,
with thin lintels and C20 doors; square windows at ground
floor with thin flush sills and lintels, oblong windows under
the eaves, all with small-paned C20 joinery. Gable chimney to
right, 2 ridge chimneys (all early C20 brick). Forms group
with Nos 15 & 17 adjoining to left (qv), with Nos 25 & 27
adjoining to right (qv) and Nos 29 & 31 (qv).
