Farmhouse, now subdivided. Late C17 but extensively restored. Coursed and squared sandstone rubble with Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 3-unit plan, the result of several different phases of construction. Original section possibly single unit to left with outer gable and short section possibly remains of original main range: inserted sash-type window in earlier opening to ground floor, 4-light mullioned window above beneath coped gable. Massive projecting stack in west return elevation. Entrance in gabled porch on angle with higher central block. Central door with 2-light mullioned windows each side, and stone mullioned windows above. High roof with coped gables and moulded kneelers. Lower wide gabled range to east, buttressed against its south wall, and with inserted windows on each floor. Door in lean-to porch to side.
