Farmhouse. C18 but with earlier origin. Coursed and squared stone with Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 2-unit plan with entrance in gable end. Plank door and 3-light casement window on each floor, all with flat arched heads in gable wall. Two horizontally sliding sashes to ground floor and one above, in return elevation to Bidston Village Road. Brick axial stack.
