Farmhouse, dated 1636, altered in C18, rubble stone with stone
slate roof, end stacks and ridge stack. Two storeys, 3-window
range of 3-light ovolo-moulded stone mullion windows with
hoodmoulds and leaded lights, the right bay obscured by C18 gabled
projecting range. Centre door in raised surround with hood on
c1700 scroll brackets. Projecting range has east front 3-light C18
cyma-moulded flush mullion window and lower section beyond with
north end door. West side of projecting range has hipped dormer
and ground floor similar 2-light and door. West end of main range
has date plaque CAL WH 1636.
