House, C16 or earlier, timber-framed with plaster panels on rubble
stone base. Stone slate roof with west end stack. Two storeys,
exposed framing. Two first floor pairs of 8-pane sashes, another
to ground floor right, door in simple timber pilaster frame and
broad canted bay to left on brick base with 3-9-3 pane windows.
Interior not inspected. There is evidence that the south side of
High Street may be substantially of one build in C14 or C15.
