House, once in municipal use for the Dunwich Corporation. Probably early C18.
Timber framed core, plastered brick facade, red brick and render to gable ends;
roof of glazed pantiles. 2 storeys and attic. 2 window range, C19 2-light
casements, pointed upper lights under segmental arches, diamond leaded panes;
one gabled dormer with window in matching style and broad bargeboards. Gable
end stack to left hand side. 2 storey painted brick and pantile wing to right
hand side with modern half-glazed door.
