Offices. c.1900. Terracotta and stone (roof not visible).
Flemish Renaissance style. Corner site. Four storeys and attic;
4-window range including corner bay. Sashes and casements
linked between storeys and with dividing columns at first
floor and columns and blind arcading above. Large Flemish
gables to attic. 2-storey oriel bay to corner supported on
decorative panels and corbels. Ground floor has corner
entrance, windows separated by small attached columns and a
further doorway to left with elaborate doorcase, overlight and
curved pediment. Included for group value.
