Two offices, later offices now hotel. c1800 with some C20 alteration. Brick; slate roof with brick cross-axial stack. Double-depth plan. Three storeys; symmetrical two-window range. Windows have sills, and rubbed brick flat arches over sixteen-pane sashes, some glazing bars missing, but second floor has casement and eight-pane sash. Entrances to returns, that to left in C20 small single-storey addition, that to right in rebuilt wall. Included for group value.
