Screen and gateway on the south side of the west courtyard.
Early C18, resited late C19. Probably by John Warren.
Wrought-iron and ashlar. Central gateway has openwork piers
topped with finials, shaped overthrow and double gates. On
either side, a railing with scrollwork top and intermediate
piers, on an ashlar plinth with slab coping. This building has
also been attributed to Thomas Robinson.
