A pleasant mid C19 red brick building with grey gault brick dressings
and a slate roof. Apart from a modern addition at the rear it has survived
without external alteration. Two storeys. Two window range of iron
latticed casements. The upper storey windows are gabled. A gabled central
porch projects on the front. All gables have cut and shaped ornamental
bargeboards. End external chimney stacks with 2 diagonally set shafts.
The porch has a plaque with the date 1856.
