House, now 2 dwellings. Mid C18. Squared coursed limestone with Collyweston
slate and C20 plain tile roofs. Originally 2-unit plan. 2 storeys with attic.
2-window range of sash windows under gauged stone heads, those to No.ll have
glazing bars. Pair of panelled doors to centre, one part-glazed, both under
rendered heads. Pair of flat-topped roof dormers. Ashlar gable parapets and
ashlar stacks, with moulded cornices, at ends. Illegible datestone above doors.
Late C18 and C19 extensions to rear. Interior of No.13 has open fireplace with
bressumer and chamfered spine beam. Rear of No.13 was formerly a bakehouse.
