Former outbuilding. c1700, altered. Coursed, squared, herringbone-tooled stone; corrugated iron roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. North front: quoins; inserted stable door to centre; 4-panel door on right under keyed, herringbone-tooled lintel; window inserted at eaves on left; another window near centre blocked; eaves band; cyma-moulded kneelers; ashlar coping. Rear: added brick outshut, not of special interest; inserted window. Left gable: chamfered plinth; board door on right and boarded hatch in gable both have keyed lintels. Right gable: traces of former openings, now blocked; inserted window on left of full-height projection, approximately 0.75 metres wide and chamfered at top, which formed base of bellcote now removed. Interior: braced king-post roof trusses; large scantling tie-beams, left one with mortices in soffit for former partition.
