House. Late C17, with C20 alterations. Ironstone and brick, now rendered. C20
asbestos tile roof with coped north gable with kneelers. Ridge stack, gable stack
and lateral wall stack. West front: 2 storeys, 3 bays. Plinth and first floor
band, with wall above band stepped back. Off-centre doorway, with wooden surround
and 4-panel door. To left and right, single 3-light casements. Above to right, a
light casement with to right again, a tiny casement. Adjoining at right a single
storey outshut. North gable end wall of stone, with a plinth. A single C17
3-light casement with above, a 3-light stone framed and mullioned window with
hoodmould. Above again, a blocked C17 garret window with stone frame, mullion and
hoodmould. East elevation has first floor band, but no stepping back above.
Interior: low ceilings, heavy main beams and joists.
