Waggon shed. Possibly C18, modified in C19. Ham stone roughly cut and squared, ashlar
dressings; hipped plain clay tiled roof of 7 bays, with scissor-beam trusses. Open to
north and south, with heavy timber beams under eaves; in west wall 3 elliptical arches
with keystones and imposts; lean-to against east side subsequently extended southwards
as a single storey building having double Roman clay tiled roof, and dated 1875 on
south gable. Part of a good complex of C18 and C19 farm buildings (SSAVBRG Report,
unpublished SRO, March 1983).
