Cottage. Dated 1654, mostly rebuilt early C18. Red brick and Welsh slate roof with brick right end stack. Brick band. Two storeys of two two-light casements. Central wooden doorcase with entablature and six-panelled door. Left end adjoins Carpenters House (qv). Said to be a beam inscribed 'W.A. 1654' inside.
