Included in Wikipedia is this description of Farewell Hall (attribution: "Pevsner (1974), p. 131":

"A large farmhouse in red brick with raised floor bands, a dentilled eaves cornice, and a hipped tile roof. It consists of a main block and two short recessed single-bay wings. The main block has a cellar, two storeys and an attic, and five bays. In the centre is a doorway with a fanlight and a pediment, the windows are transomed casements, and above there are hipped dormers."
