GV II

Handed pair of semi-detached houses. Early C19. Timber-framed
with gabled clay pantile roof. Largely clad in black
weatherboarding with ground floor of front elevation in
painted render. 2 storeys with attics and symmetrical front
with central stack and 2 flat-roofed dormers. Each house has a
double-hung sash window with small panes central on each floor
and a C20 entrance door on outer edge of facade. Block
weatherboarded catslide roofed extensions on rear.
INTERIOR: simple pine frame and each unit has spiral staircase
behind stack. Cupboard in No.47 has a double curved arched
head.
