House. 1858-9. Builder: William Holtom. Brick with buff
headers and stucco dressings; slate roof with brick
stop-chamfered end stacks. Georgian style. 2 storeys; 2-window
range. Top brick cornice. Central entrance has doorcase with
fluted pilasters and bracketed cornice, overlight to C20
half-glazed door; segmental-headed entry to left end has plank
door. Windows have sills, and rusticated wedge lintels with
keys over 12-pane sashes, 9-pane sashes to 1st floor. Part of
the early C19 development of the south part of Stratford.
